PRODUCTS & SOLUTIONS

With over 60 years of dedication to the R&D and manufacturing of high-temperature refractories, we deliver professional refractory solutions for the iron and steel, non-ferrous metals, building materials and other industries.

01 REFRACTORIES FOR STEEL INDUSTRY

The iron and steel industry is the largest application sector for refractories, accounting for over 60% of total refractory consumption. With more than 60 years of experience in manufacturing refractories for the steel industry, Luqiao New Materials supplies products for core equipment across the entire production process, including blast furnaces, coke ovens, dry quenching facilities and hot-blast stoves. Our self-developed silica bricks for coke ovens and carbon bricks for blast furnaces have reached internationally advanced technological standards. These products are widely adopted by major domestic steel enterprises such as Baowu Group, HBIS Group and Shougang Group, and exported to Russia, India, Vietnam and other countries. Featuring high hot strength, excellent slag corrosion resistance and superior thermal shock stability, our products effectively extend the service life of furnaces and reduce refractory consumption per ton of steel.

02 REFRACTORY MATERIALS FOR NON-FERROUS INDUSTRIES

Non-ferrous metal smelting imposes more stringent requirements on refractories, which need to deliver excellent resistance to molten metal erosion, chemical corrosion and superior high-temperature stability. Luqiao New Materials has developed a full range of dedicated refractory products for special equipment in the non-ferrous industry, including carbon roasting furnaces, aluminium electrolytic cells and copper smelting furnaces. The refractories for carbon roasting furnaces are made from high-purity raw materials via special processes, featuring high bulk density, low thermal conductivity and good thermal shock resistance. Tailored for the high-temperature and heavily corrosive working conditions of aluminium electrolytic cells, refractories for the aluminium industry adopt special materials such as silicon carbide and silicon nitride. They effectively resist erosion from cryolite melt and extend the service life of electrolytic cells.

03 BUILDING MATERIALS INDUSTRY REFRACTORY MATERIALS FOR GLASS KILNS

Glass furnaces are the most representative high-temperature equipment in the building materials industry. Operating at temperatures above 1600℃, they impose extremely strict requirements on the high-temperature resistance, molten glass corrosion resistance and thermal stability of refractories. The glass furnace refractories manufactured by Luqiao New Materials, including fused silica bricks, fused zirconia-alumina bricks and magnesia-chrome bricks, are produced with premium raw materials and advanced technologies. Featuring high purity, low porosity and excellent corrosion resistance, our products are widely used in various glass melting furnaces such as float glass furnaces, daily-use glass furnaces and photovoltaic glass furnaces. They effectively improve glass quality, reduce energy consumption and extend the overhaul cycle of furnaces, providing strong support for the green and low-carbon development of the building materials industry.

04 KILN MAINTENANCE

Kilns are core equipment for high-temperature industrial production, and their operating conditions directly affect product quality and production efficiency. Luqiao New Materials boasts a professional kiln maintenance team and extensive on-site construction experience, providing full-lifecycle maintenance services for high-temperature kilns. Our service scope includes hot repair, cold repair, gunning and grouting for various industrial kilns such as coke ovens, blast furnaces, hot-blast stoves, glass furnaces and carbon roasting furnaces. Adopting advanced refractory gunning technologies and dedicated equipment, the company can perform partial kiln repairs without shutdown or with only a short outage. This minimizes production downtime losses and ensures the safe, stable and efficient operation of kilns.
